The internet is a wonderful place; information on anything at the call of your demand can be obtained through the internet. But, like everything, the internet has its share of negatives. As an internet user you don't need anything slowing your computer down. Just imagine if your computer was shut down for good or too slow for the internet you would not be able to get vital information such as what you are reading now!
Viruses come in different "shapes and forms" in the computer world. Some do major damage, some to little damage. Either way, viruses are nothing to "toy" around with, as it may lead you to paying a hefty computer-repair price that just doesn't seem worth it.
So, in conclusion, make sure you have current, up-to-date anti-virus software installed onto your computer, as it will only save you time and money in the long haul.
